About the Author

My first experience as an accounting consultant was in real estate. You can read the whole story in "About The Author." That was in 2003 - 2004. Based on that experience I have had this "interactive book in a blog" developing in my mind for 7 years. So for me this is, As Victor Hugo said, "an idea who's time has come."    This was the best money I ever spent! I had been looking online and on YouTube to learn the correct way to set up properties and enter renters with no real luck. Seth’s step-by-step instruction provided me exactly what I needed to set up properties and renters in QuickBooks. PLUS, (he’s a whiz at Excel) I learned some great new tricks along the way, and I downloaded his pre-made excel sheets which had all the information I needed, so I could get started right away. I highly recommend viewing this course (blog). I did the 1-month, but if doing it again for the first time (and without the help of a CPA), I would opt for the 1-month plus his 1 private session. Thanks Seth–you answered all my questions and it was easy to follow (especially the videos)!
